Who are we
We’ve Vigilar For Chefs. Our founding core are all based and raised in rural East Anglia, meaning we understand how individual establishments run and operate with tight margins and good food. We are all experienced in a wide variety of kitchens, ranging from Michelin-starred establishments to individual restaurants and pubs dotted in and around the countryside.
Our core principles are based around honesty, value and putting the customer first, as happy consumers means successful businesses. We understand how tight margins can be for sole establishments in rural areas, and we are looking to support these businesses in any way that we can, ranging from menu design and recipes to keep consumers coming through the doors and coming back for all occasions.
